"hmm is there a belly marking? "
All dragons have a secondary coloration which shows in the belly area.

Secondary coloration? So there's a base color and a secondary color, plus markings that can be any color, correct? Hmm, I've never seen that before. Awesome.

Sounds like our dragons will be able to have quite a variety of coloration possibilities. I'm looking forward to seeing the combinations that will come out of it ^^

I like the fact that these dragons' appearences are going to be so customizable. That'll definitely set Wunderkin apart from all the other pet sites out there (in a very good way!) ^^

When you create a custom, you choose the secondary color in the same way you choose the main color - it is fully customisable in that aspect. It passes down to offspring the same way as the main color too - so it is like a base marking that is always at 100%. To breed a kin "without" a secondary coloration you'd have to actually breed it so the main and secondary colors are very very similar.

So basically, it is just a belly marking that all kins have? Or is it more than that?

It is a belly marking that all kins have, but you cannot layer anything below it, and it will always show 100%.
